Getting Started
Setting up your JewelMaker account is quick and easy:
1. Visit www.jewelmaker.ai and click “Get Free Demo” 2. Fill out the form with your details (name, Business name, phone, city, etc.) 3. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your personalized demo 4. After the demo, we’ll set up your account and provide login credentials 5. Log in and follow the setup wizard to configure your basic settings 6. Our team will provide free training to get you started

JewelMaker is designed to work on various devices:
- Computer: Windows 7 or later, 4GB RAM, stable internet connection
- Mobile/Tablet: Android 5.0 or iOS 11.0 and above
- Web browser: Latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
JewelMaker also works offline, syncing data when internet is available.
Our team will assist you in importing your existing data during the setup process. We support imports from Excel sheets and several other jewellery management systems. This ensures a smooth transition without losing your valuable business data.
Billing and Inventory Management
JewelMaker makes billing quick and easy:
1. Go to the “Sales/Purchase” section 2. Then click on “Sales” 3. There will be two options available “Fixed Sales” and “Normal Sales” 4. Select the customer or add a new one 5. Add items from your inventory 6. The system automatically calculates GST 7. Review and finalize the invoice 8. Print or send digitally to the customer
You can also view, edit, or cancel invoices from the “Manage Invoices” section.
